Wasooli — Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms have not been reviewed by a lawyer. They are written plainly and in good faith by the person who built the app, so that a seller can actually read them. They are not legal advice, and if you need legal certainty about your own situation you should take your own advice. If anything here is unclear or looks wrong, write to support@bifrosttech.io and we will fix it rather than argue about it.
By installing or using Wasooli, you agree to what is below.
1. Who we are, and what this is
Wasooli is operated by Bifrost Tech. Contact: support@bifrosttech.io
Wasooli is a reconciliation reporting tool for Pakistani COD (cash-on-delivery) sellers. It answers one question about each order: has the courier actually paid you for this?
It works from two things:
- the payment files you upload — the reports your courier already gives you; and
- your Shopify order data, which the app reads with the permission you grant at install.
It matches the two on the tracking number and shows you what is paid, what is still with the courier, and what came back.
What Wasooli does not do: it does not move money, hold money, collect from couriers, book shipments, print labels, or talk to any courier on your behalf. It reads files and reports.
2. The honest core — Wasooli reports, it does not verify
Wasooli tells you what your courier's own file says. If the courier's file is wrong, Wasooli will faithfully show you a wrong number, because the number is theirs and we have no way to check it against the cash that actually moved.
So, plainly:
- Wasooli is not accounting, tax, or legal advice. On the Tax screen the app says this in as many words: *"These are the figures your couriers reported. Wasooli is not tax advice — take this to your accountant."* That is the whole of our position, and nothing here widens it.
- We do not guarantee that a courier's figures are correct, complete, or that they match what reached your bank.
- Check anything you act on against your own records — your bank statement, your own ledger, your courier's portal — before you chase a courier, pay tax, or make a business decision on it.
- Where Wasooli is not sure, it says so rather than guessing. Rows it cannot match with confidence go to Review and wait for you. A figure it cannot know is shown as unknown, never estimated. That is a design commitment, and it is also the reason you should treat anything the app does assert as a report rather than a certification.
You remain responsible for your own books and filings.
3. Your account and acceptable use
- You must have the right to use the Shopify store you install Wasooli on.
- Upload only your own store's data — courier payment files for parcels you sent. Do not upload another business's files.
- Use the app lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, reach another seller's data, or get around the plan you are on.
- Keep your Shopify account secure. Access to your Shopify admin is access to Wasooli.
We may suspend or end access for a store that breaks these, and we will tell you why.
4. Billing
- Wasooli costs $9.99 per month, after a 14-day free trial.
- Shopify handles the charge, through Shopify App Pricing. We never see or store your card. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice.
- Cancel any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. There is nothing else to cancel and nobody to email.
- Billing periods and refunds follow Shopify's own terms and process, because Shopify is the one taking the payment. If something looks wrong on a charge, write to us and we will help you sort it out with them.
- If your subscription lapses, your figures stay visible. You keep the dashboard, your orders, your tax figures and the CSV exports. What pauses is new work — uploading a report and resolving a review row. We are not going to hold your own reconciliation hostage over a renewal.
- If the price changes, we will say so before it applies to you.
5. Your data
The Privacy Policy is the detailed statement and it is part of these terms. The two things most worth knowing here:
- Uninstalling deletes everything, 48 hours later. Shopify instructs us to erase the store's data two days after an uninstall, automatically, and we do. It is not a request you have to make.
- So export before you uninstall. The CSV exports on the Orders and Tax screens stay available right up to the moment you uninstall — including if your subscription has lapsed.
6. Availability — "as is", and we mean it
Wasooli is run by one person. There is no 24/7 operations team, no uptime guarantee, and no service-level agreement. We back up daily and we watch it, but an outage that starts at 3am in Pakistan is found in the morning.
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will fit any particular purpose of yours.
We will be straight with you when something breaks, which is the part that actually matters for a tool this size.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- **Our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.** For most sellers that is a figure under $120.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profit, lost business, or money a courier did not pay you.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for fraud.
This is the standard shape for a small subscription tool, and it is the honest one: a $9.99 app cannot carry the risk of your whole business, and pretending otherwise would be a promise we could not keep.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top changes, and the current version is always at https://wasooli.bifrosttech.io/terms. If a change materially affects you, we will try to tell you in the app before it applies.
Continuing to use Wasooli after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Ending it
- You can stop at any time by uninstalling. See §5 for what happens to your data.
- We may end the service, or your access, if you break §3, if we are required to, or if Wasooli shuts down. If we shut the service down we will give you reasonable notice and time to export.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
